How much does a Wibo training program cost?

It's hard to give a precise figure, because every project is built around the specific needs of the organization. As a reference: pilot projects, designed to test the Wibo method with a group of 15-25 participants, with a few live sessions focused on one or two key competencies over 4-8 weeks, typically range between €15,000 and €30,000. Corporate Academies, more structured programs involving 30 to over 200 people across multiple competencies over 6-12 months, range between €40,000 and €150,000 per year.

In all cases, the budget covers the full service: custom learning design, live training with Executive Teachers from Fortune 500 companies, a dedicated Trainer, operational materials, an HR dashboard with real-time metrics, and access to Daniel, Wibo's AI Agent for continuous learning. What skills do Wibo training programs focus on??

Wibo programs cover over 80 competencies across two areas: Human Skills (leadership, communication, decision making, change management, conflict resolution, feedback) and AI Skills (prompt engineering, AI strategy, AI for business functions).
