What was your first impression of the leadership academy?

First of all, let me tell you about my experience as a participant. I attended very pleasant and interesting sessions. It was nice to meet people who have a certain experience in the field and therefore have already experienced certain problems. I really appreciated that the focus was on the personal professional experiences of executives, which I think are Wibo's added value in what you do.


What aspect of the experience do you find most useful?

One of the concepts of the course was how to do the first one and I already have a lot of experience with this. Despite this, I tried to analyze the way in which I do the first one and to incorporate the ideas for improvement collected during the session, bringing them back to a personal way of working. Surely I liked taking a series of concepts from our daily lives such as feedback, first-to-1, strategic thinking and trying to incorporate them with a reflection on how I manage the situation as a manager.

What do you think about facilitation and peer sessions?

Katia was very good as a facilitator both in peer sessions and during live shows. She was able to support the speakers so that their personal and professional lives would come out. Sometimes even the peer sessions were more interesting than the live sessions with the executives, they work very well.
