How was your experience with the Leadership Academy?

It was a very interesting experience. Various topics that encompass the leadership ecosystem were covered. It was extremely useful to have speakers with leadership-oriented experiences, backgrounds, and careers.

What impressed you the most about the program?

I’ve taken some online courses that were helpful, but the added value this course gave me was definitely the networking. All the speakers were extremely approachable both during and after their sessions. Personally, I took advantage of Andrea Incondi’s session, whom I didn’t know before this course. I reached out to him on LinkedIn, and we had a one-on-one conversation because I wanted his feedback on a situation I encountered within my team. The main difference compared to other courses I’ve attended is the opportunity to network and engage with people who’ve faced similar challenges before me.

What do you think of the executive teachers involved?

I really appreciated the concreteness of some of the executives and leaders. I like it when real examples from within companies are shared, as they were the most helpful in understanding certain dynamics.

How was the exchange with the other participants?

It was very interesting because I got to know organizations I wasn’t familiar with before this course. I really liked that the audience came from different organizations, geographic areas, and companies, and that real-life examples were always shared during the discussions in the breakout rooms.
