It was a very formative experience. It was really nice to exchange life experiences as well as advice and opinions with people from all over Italy and from different companies. This was a great enrichment, in addition to everything we learned from the trainers. An excellent experience!

The Advantage of the Leadership Academy Compared to Other Training Programs

I found the reflective insights shared during the sessions, even in the breakout rooms, very interesting. They really encouraged us to challenge ourselves. I really liked the approach, which metaphorically is about planting concepts and then giving people the time and support to let them “sprout,” meaning to develop and apply them in their own context.

The Leadership Academy in Maria’s Daily Work Life

A lesson that has been very helpful to me, both personally and professionally, was about feedback: how to give feedback, how to improve the entire process, when and where to do it. The exercises were very stimulating and well-structured. We focused on “small things” that are part of everyday work but deserve a lot of attention. This helped me reflect on my daily work.

The Benefit of Peer Interaction

It was fun! At first, we needed to reflect on the circumstances to extract relevant examples related to the topic at hand. The really positive aspect was how the episodes emerged through casual conversations with others, and this exchange was very stimulating.

The Platform as a Support Tool During the Program

I used the platform to review content that wasn’t very clear to me. I think it’s very important because it provides ongoing support, even after the lesson has ended.
