About Critical Service

Critical Service is a company based in Turin, founded in 2015. Initially established by four partners with twenty years of experience in the IT sector, it now employs around 200 people. With rapid growth, Critical Service has made a name for itself thanks to the professionalism of its collaborators, recognized by client companies. The company operates out of Palazzo Lancia, a historic site in the region, seen as a launchpad for new opportunities both in Italy and abroad.

Currently, Critical Service is focusing on the cybersecurity sector, recognizing its technological and personal importance. The company operates 24/7/365 both in Italy and abroad.

The Challenge

Critical Service has faced two main challenges: Expanding into new markets and finding professionally prepared talent. While the company had no shortage of technical knowledge, it felt the need to broaden its training for employees, particularly in the soft skills that would help them approach new markets with the highest professionalism.
