How was your experience with the Leadership Academy?

I really appreciated all the sessions—they were incredibly insightful and left me with plenty of ideas for improvement. From every executive, there are takeaways that you can try to apply in your daily work. It’s certainly not easy, but these opportunities arise all the time—just the other day, for example, I applied something with my boss! I’m also looking forward to the next session on assertive communication, which happens to be one of the topics I suggested. It will definitely be a very useful experience!

What stood out to you most about the first six weeks of the program?

It was incredibly valuable to engage with people from completely different industries and work environments. What struck me as fascinating was how openly we shared our thoughts and challenges with people we didn’t know at all. Your organization of the course was impeccable and incredibly precise. It’s a great program—I’m really enjoying it!

What impressed me the most was the approachability of these executives. Despite holding high-ranking positions, they demonstrated simplicity, humility, and genuine engagement. They were very open to our questions, going beyond just explaining the theory.

What do you think about the course structure?

The sessions were well-structured—I wouldn’t change a thing. There was the right amount of time for the executives to share their experiences, which weren’t presented as life rules but as their personal ways of managing and viewing things. And then on Fridays, we had the recap sessions where everyone could share their perspectives.
