Ennio Ranaboldo

Ennio Ranaboldo is Founder of LEAP Advisory, an Italian-American executive with over 20 years of experience leading strategic operations in the United States. He served as CEO of Martin Bauer America, a global leader in botanical ingredients and premium tea, where he drove both organic and inorganic expansion of the German group in the North American market.

Before Martin Bauer, he spent a long tenure at Lavazza, where he was instrumental in establishing the brand as one of the leading specialty coffee names in North America, playing a key role in the strategic alliance with Keurig Green Mountain for the single-serve market.

Born in Turin and relocated to New York in the early 2000s, he lives in Brooklyn with his wife and three children. He is the founder of Talenti in Corso, a mentoring platform that connects talented young Italians with experienced executives free of charge, focusing on social mobility and skills development. His expertise ranges from growth strategy to cross-cultural management, with deep knowledge of both American and Italian corporate cultures.
