Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Paolo Galvani worked in investment banking (IMI Bank, Morgan Stanley, and Deutsche Bank), gaining solid experience in the markets and asset management sectors. He also served as CEO of Sella Capital Management SGR and Deputy Head of the Private Banking division at Gruppo Sella, before leaving the banking world to focus on building fintech companies.
In 2011 he co-founded Moneyfarm with Giovanni Daprà, helping to grow it into one of the leading European digital wealth management firms. After serving as Chairman, he now acts as Co-founder and Board Member. Previously, he co-founded Prestiamoci.it, one of the first Italian peer-to-peer lending platforms.
Today, he serves as an advisor and Board Member for Tot, an Italian fintech developing digital banking and administrative services for businesses, professionals, and startups, as well as for Private Labs, a fintech focused on private assets through data analysis and risk management. A Statistics graduate from the University of Padua, he combines financial expertise, an entrepreneurial vision, and firsthand knowledge of the evolution of the European fintech landscape.
