Nicoletta Besio

General Manager Italy at Trustpilot, Nicoletta Besio has built a twenty-year career in sales and digital advertising working for the world's leading tech companies. After graduating in General Management from Bocconi University in 2003, she began her journey at Philips before joining Microsoft, where she developed strategic expertise in managing commercial teams. She continued at Google Cloud, bringing the platform to major public and private organizations, before moving to Amazon.

There she served as Sales Director for Twitch Italy, launching the platform's advertising business in the Italian market and building innovative partnerships with luxury, fashion, and entertainment brands. She contributed to the Bocconi Alumni Community podcast "Hear You Roar," sharing her experience on career development, inclusion, and the digital industry. Today she leads Trustpilot's Italian operations.
