Marco Fassone

Marco Fassone is one of the most experienced sports managers on the Italian scene, with a management career that embraces some of the most important football clubs in the country. After having held key roles in reality such as Juventus, SSC Napoli, inter and AC Milan — of which it was also Chief Executive Officer — founded his own consulting firm, MaF Consulting, through which it supports brands, institutions and sports clubs in the definition of business and governance strategies.

Over the course of his career he has managed corporate transformation processes, international operations, complex business agreements and global positioning strategies for clubs with millions of fans around the world. His managerial style is strongly results-oriented, but always with a systemic vision that values brands, sports culture and economic sustainability.

Marco is also an expert in strategic communication and institutional relationship management, and today he shares his experience in training, academic and consulting.
