Licia Mattioli

With a background in law and an early career as a criminal lawyer, Licia Mattioli has been able to reinvent herself as an entrepreneur, carrying the family brand Mattioli S.p.A. to establish itself as the excellence of Italian luxury in the world. Today is CEO of the company, based in Turin, renowned for its ability to blend contemporary design and high goldsmithery craftsmanship.

In parallel with his corporate commitment, he has held important roles in the institutional and economic world. It was Vice President of Confindustria for Internationalization, helping to strengthen the presence of Italian companies on foreign markets. He currently sits in numerous boards of directors — from Intesa Sanpaolo Alla LUISS, from theISPI Alla CRT Foundation — where he makes available his experience in the strategic field, innovation and sustainable development.
