Guido Maria Nebiolo is Generative AI Manager in Reply, the Reply group company specialized in cloud computing and AWS, where he leads a team focused 100% on generative artificial intelligence.

The journey at Reply begins in the world of cloud architectures and system integration, where Nebiolo develops deep technical expertise on AWS infrastructures. The turning point comes with the emergence of Generative AI as an enterprise technology. In the months before the public launch of Amazon Bedrock, he led the Reply team in evaluating the early access platform and building the first generative AI applications, from chatbots to contact center systems, to conversational search and the anonymization of sensitive data. Reply becomes an AWS preview partner for Bedrock, and Nebiolo is among the key figures in that experience.

The recognition of the community comes from many directions. Storm Reply names him among the internal candidates for the “Replyer who's made the difference” award, a wording that says something specific: Not only does he know how to build AI systems, he knows how to transmit their logic to people. He is the leader of the AWS User Group Torino, the local community of cloud professionals, and AWS Community Builder, a program reserved for those who actively contribute to the AWS knowledge ecosystem at a global level.

In December 2025, he took the stage at AWS re:Invent in Las Vegas, the most important AWS conference in the world, to hold two technical sessions: one on the integration of legacy systems with AI agents and Model Context Protocol, in co-presentation with AWS; the other on choosing the right approach between function calling, single agents and multi-agent systems in real enterprise environments.

On Medium he publishes a series of technical articles onpractical implementation of Generative AI on AWS, accessible to developers and managers who want to understand how to translate foundational models into working business applications. The training includes a program at the ESCP Business School, completed in 2023, which complements the solid engineering base built in the field.
