Giulia Gasparini

Giulia Gasparini, Country Manager for Amazon Web Services (AWS) Italy, leads the company’s operations in the country, supporting businesses and organizations in the adoption of cloud and artificial intelligence. Her leadership focuses on people, collaboration, and delivering value to customers and partners.

She has over thirty years of experience in the technology sector, spanning sales and business management. Prior to her appointment as head of AWS Italy, she led the company’s Small & Medium Business segment and commercial teams across various European markets. Previously, she spent six years at Microsoft Italy, where she led the Customer Success division for collaboration and productivity and held roles in theChannel and Partner area. She also worked extensively at Cisco Systems, focusing on business development and leading sales teams specialized in voice and video technologies.

A law graduate with a specialization in labor law, she promotes inclusive leadership and the advancement of women in the tech industry.
