Gessica Perego leads the company's people strategy with an international vision built over 15 years of HR leadership in global environments. Previously, she served as Global HRBP Information Services and HR Director South Europe Middle East & Africa at Coface, managing the HR function for over 4 years across one of the world's most complex geographic areas. Before Coface, she spent over 6 years at General Electric across three divisions: GE Digital as Global Sales HRM and Senior HRM Europe, GE Energy Connections as HRM Commercial Europe and Country Manager for Italy and Switzerland, and GE Power & Water as HR Manager South Europe. A career that has taken her through multicultural, matrix and highly complex organizational environments, developing deep expertise in people strategy, sales HR management and organizational transformation.
