Elena Fenella Galiano

Elena Galiano has spent over 20 years inside some of the world's most regulated industries, chemical, pharma, fragrance and beauty, across LATAM, EAME and South East Asia. Her work has always sat between scientists and creators on one side, and clients, brands and markets on the other: taking new technology from R&D through to commercial launch, owning multi-million budgets, and building governance that turns speed into an advantage. She focuses on process and organization simplification, directing innovation efforts to drive growth even amid geopolitical uncertainty, and building talent internally: half her team went on to senior roles across two continents.

Today, she is hands-on in integrating a newly acquired family business into an international group, bringing that same approach to advising leadership teams on growth, simplification and innovation, without the usual complexity.
