Mattia De Rosa leads and develops teams of Cloud Solution Architects, supporting large enterprises in the design, build, and adoption of modern cloud, data, and AI platforms on Microsoft Cloud. With almost 20 years at Microsoft, he has built an exceptional career across strategic roles: Regional Sales Director Western Europe for Agents, Automation & Low Code (Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio), Solution Specialists Data & AI Director for Italian enterprise customers, Digital and Application Innovation & Infrastructure Manager, Customer Experience & Success Azure Lead for Application & Infrastructure, Cloud Solution Architect Manager, and Cloud and Enterprise Business Group Lead with responsibility for Cloud, Hybrid, Data, AI, IoT, and Developer Tools. Before Microsoft, he worked at Reply as a Manager, at SHS Multimedia as Corporate Proposal Manager, and at IBM as a Technical Leader. Graduating with honors in Computer Engineering from La Sapienza, he is passionate about Artificial Intelligence.
